1. Scope
These terms apply to every offer and contract between Wrinklaway and the consumer through this store.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. For promotional prices, the crossed-out price is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the promotion.
3. Delivery
We ship within the EU in 5 to 8 business days. The statutory maximum is 30 days; if we cannot meet it you may cancel free of charge and are refunded within 14 days.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw, plus a voluntary 30-day money-back window. See Returns and withdrawal.
5. Legal guarantee of conformity
You are entitled to goods that conform to the contract, with free repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund. These rights apply for at least 2 years.
